Dana White is Vice President and Regional Portfolio Manager with Bank of the West’s Real Estate Industries Division for the Los Angeles and Orange County markets. In this role, she is responsible for managing a $1 billion portfolio of commercial real estate and homebuilding loans with real estate investment and development companies headquartered in Southern California. She joined the Bank in 2002.
Ms. White’s prior experience includes commercial real estate lending with Bank of America and PNC Bank as well as investment sales with Trammel Crow Company and accounting management for the Mid-Atlantic District with CB Richard Ellis.
Active in civic and professional affairs, Ms. White is a member of the Orange County Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP and the Building Industry Association.
Ms. White received a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She also received her Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Maryland.

Deborah Maietta’s career spans nearly 27 years in the real estate industry. Ms. Maietta joined SARES•REGIS Group’s Multifamily Property Management Division in 2007, and currently oversees the management, operations and training for the SARES•REGIS Group portfolio in California, Denver and Arizona. In addition, she participates in the due diligence and underwriting of acquisitions and new development.
Prior to joining SARES•REGIS Group, Ms. Maietta served as Asset Manager with Atherton-Newport Investments, where she oversaw the positioning of value-added assets for a portfolio of nine multifamily communities in the Seattle area. She was responsible for the execution of strategy focused on investment yield and same store sales revenue growth for short-term hold assets. Prior to her tenure at Atherton-Newport, Ms. Maietta was Director of Operations for Glacier Residential in Seattle, and Regional Manager for Equity Residential. While at Equity, Ms. Maietta managed the operations and transition for privatization of military housing at Ft. Lewis in Washington.
Ms. Maietta holds a BA degree from Augsburg College in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has earned a Real Estate license and is a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Isobel Allan joined Lennar Corporation in 2005 in their asset management group as part of their team handling the acquisition and financing of Lennar’s residential and commercial development land. At the peak of the residential real estate market in 2005 Lennar purchased some $5 billion of raw land and developed, constructed and sold 50,000 residential units and related commercial land. Miss Allan has extensive experience in the structuring of large complex financings for the acquisition and development of projects in capital intensive industries.
Prior to joining Lennar, Miss Allan was a consultant for 5 years with Charter Financial Group and worked with groups developing casinos, hotels, real estate, wind power, and transportation facilities.
Previously Miss Allan was with Occidental Petroleum Corporation for 14 years and as Assistant Treasurer, Project Financing was responsible for Occidental’s international project financing group. Miss Allan was involved in the structuring of finance for Occidental’s joint venture investments in oil and gas, chemicals, pipelines and power plants in countries such as the United Kingdom, Russia, Malaysia, Nigeria and Thailand as well as domestically.
Miss Allan started her career as an investment banker in London in commercial real estate and energy.

Miss Allan graduated from The University of Edinburgh in Scotland and holds an Master of Science in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Geography with a minor in Mathematics. Miss Allan is also a Certified Treasury Professional and is the current Treasurer of CREW- Orange County.

Michele Babcock, CLS, is Executive Vice President Operations for the Donahue Schriber REIT (real estate investment trust) division. Donahue Schriber is a fully integrated, privately held REIT operating in the western United States. The firm owns and/or operates 93 neighborhood, community, community lifestyle and power shopping centers in California, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon representing over 16 million square feet.
Ms. Babcock oversees all phases of operation for REIT and third-party asset management for Donahue Schriber. She is responsible for leasing, construction, redevelopment, property management, marketing and strategic planning for the company’s operating properties.
During her 14 years with Donahue Schriber, Ms. Babcock has served as both Vice President Leasing and Vice President Development. Her responsibilities have included the leasing and remerchandising of 33 centers encompassing nearly 4 million square feet in California, Arizona and Nevada as well as sourcing new acquisition and development opportunities throughout Arizona.
Prior to joining Donahue Schriber in 1995, Ms. Babcock was a retail specialist with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, where she leased community and neighborhood shopping centers. In 1997, she was honored as Donahue Schriber employee of the year.
A graduate of California State University Los Angeles, Ms.Babcock is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). A Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Ms. Babcock has served on the faculty of the University of Shopping Centers, where she taught the courses, “Changing Retail Formats” and “Developing an Integrated Website Strategy for Leasing and Marketing Your Center.” Ms. Babcock is also active with the California Real Estate Woman’s (CREW) Orange County chapter where she is a frequent speaker and panelist. Ms. Babcock lives in Newport Beach.
